Machining began in high school, I quickly learned the basic skills, running the machine shop for the teacher, and training the students on the equipment. After school, I was working at local manufacturing facility Elcon Products, producing prototype connectors & tooling in the in house machine shop & checking parts in the inspection department. Then moved on to job shop in Milpitas FM Industries, where I soon learned manual and CNC machining in the production environment. Horizontal machining, EDM, and running the CNC department. Then Moved onto Holz Precision where I became CNC lead programmer setting up various CNC machines establishing “Machining Cells”. Business was then purchased by large global company Saint Gobain, where I moved onto Inspection department to program there CNC CMM’s , CMM programming & manual inspection for 5 years. Moved onto D&H Precision, back as CNC programmer. Then set up large CNC robotic Cell for Robot company Genmark in Milpitas, before moving to Idaho.

Established 2007, Quality Machining & Manufacturing was established, making quality plastic gears for the RC helicopter industry under the DBA CurlysRcWorld LLC. At the time a need for a high quality RC helicopter tail rotor drive system was needed to keep RC enthusiast flying. I was contacted by my friends who knew I had equipment & know how to get the job done.” The Ultem Gear” was born. I went on to produce several thousand gears until the RC helicopter manufacturers finally started producing adequate gears.  In 2008 I moved my family to Hayden Idaho, Titan Spring is where I landed back in inspection, and onto the in house machine shop, where my personal business customers started. This is where I started producing many different precision machined parts for the Semiconductor companies like KFAB (now Danco Machine), B&G Precision and local business with CDA Paving. Soon I was making Aerospace and medical parts for Titan Spring, Dinsmore, Finnoe Design, NW MFG, & other local manufacturing businesses.
